Terms & Conditions
1. Admission Terms
- Admission is granted based on merit and eligibility criteria set by the affiliated university and government norms.
- Submission of correct and authentic documents is mandatory. Any false information may lead to cancellation of admission.
- The college reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
2. Fee Policy
- All fees once paid are non-refundable, except as per government/university refund rules.
- Fees must be paid within the prescribed time; late payment may attract penalties.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of academic privileges.
3. Attendance Requirement
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance as per academic regulations.
- Shortage of attendance may lead to disqualification from examinations.
4. Code of Conduct
- Students must adhere to all college rules, maintain discipline, and respect faculty and fellow students.
- Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of rules will invite strict action.
5. Anti-Ragging Undertaking
- Students must comply with Anti-Ragging laws as per Government of India guidelines.
- Any involvement in ragging will result in strict disciplinary action, including expulsion and legal proceedings.
6. Use of College Property
- Students are responsible for proper use of college property.
- Any damage caused will be recoverable from the concerned student.
7. Digital & Privacy Policy
- The college may collect and store student information for academic and administrative purposes.
- Personal data will be handled responsibly and not shared without consent, except where required by law.
- Unauthorized recording, photography, or misuse of digital content is prohibited.
8. Examination Terms
- Students must follow all examination rules and regulations.
- Use of unfair means will result in cancellation of examination and disciplinary action.
9. Cancellation & Withdrawal
- Students wishing to withdraw must submit a written application.
- Refund of fees (if applicable) will be processed as per government/university norms.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
10. Safety & Liability
- The college takes all reasonable measures for student safety.
- However, the college shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Accidents beyond its control
- Students must follow all safety guidelines.
11. Grievance Redressal
- Students may raise complaints through:
- Grievance Cell
- Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
- Anti-Ragging Committee
- All complaints will be handled confidentially and fairly.
12. Changes to Terms
- The college reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Students will be bound by the latest version of the rules.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh.
Declaration
By taking admission in Shri Maharaja Agrasen Kanya Mahavidhayalay, the student and her guardian agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
